Production process:
Wooden products created by MDF are produced with melamine or HPL lacquer and based on the design, they are horizontally or vertically cut in various stages. Next, the edges are rimmed using PVC or ABS.
The parts are joined together using Mini Fix or Elite junctures. Precision, high speed and flexibility are the main features of this technology.
Melamine lacquered surfaces are matched with the right design and color and give the products the look of natural wood. Something that every home needs.

فرایند تولید:
محصولات تولیدی شرکت توسکا از جنس MDF میباشند. این محصولات با روکش ملامینه یا PVC تولید و با طرحهای متنوع و جدید توسط دستگاه CNC یا پانلبرهای عمودی و افقی، در چند مرحله برشکاری و لبه های آن بوسیله نوار لبه PVC یا ABS لبه چسبانی میشود. اتصال قطعات و اجزا به یکدیگر توسط اتصالات الیت یا Fix Mini صورت میپذیرد. دقت عمل، سرعت اجرای بالا و انعطافپذیری در طرح، اندازه و رنگ، از جمله قابلیتهای این سیستم میباشد.
